We suggest before ordering any piece of furniture, it is very important to check the spaces that a product is supposed to fit into. For example, once you select a product and have noted down its size, make sure of the following:
Check the size of your house’s entryway door, and whether the piece you order will go through it, either horizontally or vertically.
Check the size of your stairs (whether said product can be transported up a certain staircase).
Check the sizes of any elevators in your apartment building or in your home.
Check the sizes of your room doors.
Finally, check the size of the space you actually need to place the product in.
A lot of our furniture is knockdown, meaning that a particular product can be packed as separate pieces, which then have to be assembled on site. This makes it easier for you to carry that product from one place to another in your home.

Kindly note that Tezomay will not be liable if the product/products ordered do not fit into your entryways or designated spaces; we have tried to ensure in the instructions above that every customer measures their spaces thoroughly before placing their orders
Lead Time:
We require a period of 4-6 weeks to manufacture and deliver orders. For any pieces that are in stock, we require a period of 1-2 weeks to deliver the products. Customers will be updated on the order delivery time period once they confirm their order. If you would like to know how much time it will take for Tezomay to manufacture and send your products before you place the order, kindly write to us at sales@tezomay.com.
Shipping policy
We provide free shipping for all our products to most major cities in India. However, if your delivery location is a smaller town, kindly write to us at shipping@tezomay.com. Please send us your delivery address and pincode so that we can go through the shipping details for you.
Once an order is ready to be dispatched, you will be notified via email. Consequently, a notification will also be sent when the order has been dispatched for your location. Our courier partner will get in touch with you when your order is out for delivery, and you can set a mutually agreeable time to receive the goods.
Kindly note that our courier partner - essentially the driver who delivers your goods - is a third party operator. Their primary and only job is to deliver the goods safely to you. However, it is not their responsibility to bring the goods inside your house or upto a higher floor (in case of an apartment building). We request you to kindly arrange your own labour/help to unload the goods, carry the products into your home, unpack the packages and set them up at their designated places.

We want to ensure that you have a seamless experience each time you decide to transact with us. However if due to unforeseen circumstances you are not happy with the services then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation
How do I track my order?
You can track your order my signing up and visiting My Orders page. Over here you can view the entire order details with current status, placed, accepted, in process, shipment or delivered. We always try our best to deliver the product within the specified or communicated time limit.
What is the estimated time for a delivery?
Once the order is confirmed, products are typically manufactured and dispatched within 6 - 7 weeks. We will notify you once the product has been dispatched for delivery.
What should be done if I receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing defect?
We follow strict quality control measures to ensure that the product is up to our standards before it is delivered. In case you receive a damaged product during transportation, or there is a manufacturing defect, such as, balancing, finish, leveling, fabric, etc., please raise this issue with the delivery boy immediately and also contact Customer Support.
Depending on the degree of the damage, we will either repair the product or replace it.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel any order within 12 hours from the time of placing the order. You will return a refund within 48 working hours. If there are certain design requirements that we cannot fulfill, cancellation of the order will be initiated by us after informing the customer.
Cancellation after delivery is NOT Allowed.
WE DO NOT HAVE 'CHANGE OF HEART' RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.
Is there any form of cancellation fee?
If you have cancelled your order during the specified 12-hour time limit after placing the order, the processing fee on your order will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time unless there are incorrect handlings from the company.
FINAL CLEARANCE/ SALE Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
NOTE There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
Before order please study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully (Ensure Size) and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility. It will be non-returnable and non-refundable.
